Backpactivities
Math– Monday through Thursday students will bring home a review page from math. We are working on Accelerated Math. Each student is working at their own pace.
Spelling- Spelling activities and new words are sent home on Monday. Students have a spelling workbook that is collected and graded on Thursdays. Students need to take a pretest on Thursday to be turned in at school on Friday. There will be a Spelling test on Friday. Spelling words are found on the Parent Page.
Reading Log– Students in my reading groups are required to read every night. They need to read for at least 10 minutes, write a summary of what they read and have a parent or family member initial it. On Monday a weekly orange comprehension sheet will be in their homework folder. This needs to be completed by Friday.
