**Food Drive for Community Outreach Center in Camp Point will continue through this Friday.  Please bring in your food items to restock the panty.

 

**UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD ANY STUDENT OPEN LOCKED DOORS TO LET STRANGERS INTO THE BUILDING.  THE MAIN ENTRANCE IS THE ONLY DOOR THAT SHOULD BE UNLOCKED. VISITORS ARE TO CHECK IN WITH THE OFFICE AS THEY COME IN.

**Teen Town begins at the Camp Point community building on Oct. 11th from 7:00-10:00 p.m. for 5th-12th grades.  It will be held the 2nd Saturday of every month alternating between the Camp Point and Golden Community Buildings (Nov. 8th will be in Golden)  The cost is $3.00 per person.  There will be food available to purchase.  Activities will include music/dancing, basketball, volleyball, movies and more.  For questions call Joyce Emerick at 696-2791.

STUDENT COUNCIL: TODAY there will be a meeting in Room 5 at 11:10 for all student council members.

 

YEARBOOK; None.

 

PLAY:  Practice Thursday Oct 16 3:00-5:00.   Play will be performed Friday November 7 at 3:30 and 7:00 in the H. S. Auditorium.

 

HABITAT: Meeting – TODAY 3:00-4:00.

 

FCCLA:  FCCLA meeting TODAY from 3-4 in the FACS room.  All interested 8th graders should attend.

 

5/6 FOOTBALL:   Practice Monday, Wednesday-Thursdays 3:30-5:00 p.m  

 

7/8 FOOTBALL –  Practice TODAY 3:30-5:30.  No practice Friday.  Practice Saturday 8:00-10:00.

 

5-6 GIRLS BB   Today:  practice 3:15-4:45 in HS gym.  Friday- No Practice due to SIP day.  Saturday- Game home v. Rushville 11am.

 

7-8 GIRLS  TODAY: 6:00 Home Game vs. Brown County; Friday morning practice.  Saturday 7th grade Central Tournament 8:00 a.m. and 11:45.

 

7-8 BOYS BASKETBALL:  Sign-up sheet outside the office.  Make sure you all have a sports physical and an Agreement to Participate Packet filled out and on file.  There will be a Parent/Player meeting on Thursday, October 16 at 7:00 p.m. in the auditorium.
