Coach Long IHSA Update

Good Day,

The IHSA has released a formal statement canceling the Spring Sports State Tournament Series. They have also at this time canceled all summer contact days until further notice.

This e-mail is going to contain a lot of information so if you have questions please do not hesitate to e-mail me or call.

This e-mail contains the following attachments:

1. IHSA Member School Administration: Official letter to Administrators from IHSA Director Mr. Anderson. (Received today @ 10:56 a.m.)

2. Spring Sports Equipment Turn in Information. (Please help us out and get all equipment and unifroms back to Central)

3. Spring Sports Canceled: Announcement from IHSA (Received today at 9:21 a.m.) Including how Central Schools will move forward with this announcement.

I also want to inform all of you of the following:

1. the winter sports who had to cancel their banquets will be doing a taped version of their awards ceremony (Boys Basketball & Wrestling)

2. Spring Sport Coaches (Hildebrand, Tenhouse, Dixon, Rhea) will have a message for their Spring Sport Seniors

3. The Male and Female Athlete of the Year Award Winners will be released.

4. We plan to release these videos Monday May 4^th. So stay tuned. This will appear on our Central Face Book and other media outlets.
