I am looking forward to serving our students as Principal for a 15th year and continuing to find ways to make every student grow in education. I am very happy to be working in a great district where all stakeholders; administrators, teachers, parents, support staff, and community members are focused on what is best for all students.
Below, you will find information pertaining to registration and a variety of other topics. Please take some time to read through this letter. If you have any additional questions, please contact the school.

Health Physicals for All New Students
According to state law, all Kindergarten students and students new to the school from out-of-state must take a physical examination. Parents may have the examination given by their own family doctor BEFORE REGISTRATION DAY and bring the form when they come to register. An Illinois doctor must conduct the student’s physical. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from school.
State Law (105 ILCS 5/27-8.1 (1/5) of the School Code) requires that dental examination data for children in grades Kindergarten, second, and sixth grade must be submitted to their school of enrollment. The elementary school will need copies of dental examinations if your student is in Kindergarten or 2nd Grade.
All Illinois children in kindergarten or upon first entry into an Illinois school beyond Kindergarten (i.e., grades 1-12) are required to have an eye examination. Examinations must be performed by a licensed optometrist or medical doctor who performs eye examinations, as specified in Illinois Department of Public Health administrative rules.
